Dear choral friend,

In the last newsletter of 2021 we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for subscribing to our newsletter. We highly appreciate our readers and Leading Voices fans!

Further we'll introduce the format LET'S MEET, two session leaders and a member of the music commission.
Please remember that registration for Leading Voices 2022 will be possible from Janaury 10!
Format LET'S MEET explained
The programme consists out of 5 formats: LIVE, LITERATURE, LEARN, LET'S MEET & LAB. This time we'll focus on LET'S MEET.

LET'S MEET is a format with lounges where participants and attending experts can meet. The sessions often focus on a particular topic or genre, and some will be hosted by our partners.

There will also be different round tables where experts will meet to discuss and exchange their experiences. You can join these as an opportunity to share your opinion on the topic.

Introducing one of the 50+ session leaders:
Sandra Schmoldt & Hannah Lea Dykast

During Leading Voices 2022 Sandra Schmoldt and Hannah Lea Dykast will host several workshops. Sandra will focus on personal growth to boost your career with mental fitness. Hannah will take you into the theoretical basics of the evidence-based meditation training 'Mindful Self Compassion'. So these experts are ideal for your New Year's resolutions!

Music commission member: Laura Lopes

Please meet Laura Lopes. She is part of the international music commission that is designing the programme. Laura studied at several prestigious conservatories. She is a freelance administrator/producer for festivals and arts
organisations such as Les Azuriales Opera and the Brighton Early Music Festival. She also leads singing workshops in schools for the Voces8 Foundation as a member of its Education Team.
"I believe we have gathered a wonderful list of session leaders and created something truly innovative in terms of the target audience - how many choral music leaders are included since LV'22 is shaped for them by conductors, music educators, singers, composers and managers! As a professional singer/music educator and Coordinator of Tenso Network Europe I can tell you that this event cannot be missed, looking forward to see you in Utrecht next July!" - Laura Lopes
